- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unworn condition with all brand tags, designer labels, attached care instructions, and original packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: Fine apparel requires careful transport. If you receive an item with transit damage, a fabric tear, or a severe stitching defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-stitched outfits, altered garments, washed items, or apparel showing signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and quality standards.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our quality assurance team inspects and verifies the pristine condition of the returned items.
